Meet Your Counselor

Donna is a LPCC with a supervision designation. I work with therapists seeking independent licensure as well as mentorship for new therapists. I work with clients experiencing distress related to anxiety, depression, panic, grief, life transitions, trauma related disorders, relationship breakdowns and addctions.

I specialize in the treatment of trauma and attachment wounds. Trauma can develop as a result of neglect, abuse, inconsistent parenting, parents with mental health or addictive disorders, foster care, or other caregiver relationships. Experiencing trauma can impact our relationships with ourselves and with other people.

I also specialize in working with people experiencing anxiety related disorders. Anxiety is the most common mental health disorder affecting adults. Anxiety can be impactful to thinking, emotional regulation and somatic stability.
