Individual Couseling
Individual counseling is one to one counseling, which is one person in session for fifty minutes to work on agreed upon goals created with a counselor.

Couples Counseling
Couples counseling is the scheduling client with one other person, this can be a spouse, significant other, family member, or friend. Clients meet with a counselor to identify and work through barriers that are impacting mutually satisfying connection as identified by the two parties.

Addictions Counseling
Addiction counseling is one to one or group counseling for individuals struggling with substance or process addictions (non - substance related addictive behaviors). Client and counselor will identify symptoms, history and current negative impact of addictive behaviors and work together toward agreed upon level of functioning.

Group Counseling
Group counseling is psychoeducation or counseling conducted with a minimum of three and no more than ten people with a shared emotional or mental health concern. The group will meet to gain information or process an issue related to treatment plan goals or for knowledge on a particular diagnosis, treatment or for overall wellness.
