Fees/Payments

Payments are due at the time of service. You will have the opportunity to pay prior to your scheduled appointment and at the start of your session. The fees refer to your out of pocket costs. Out of pocket costs include co-pays, co-insurance, deductible and those not using insurance for coverage of services.

What you pay is based on your insurance benefits unless you are paying out of pocket.
