Get Centered Wellness LLC is dedicated to providing holistic wellness by offering psychoeducation, mental health, emotional, relationship and life transition events/workshops to assist a wide range of short-term life affirming and wellness goals.

Eat, Play, Love- An in-person, grown up play date with coloring, games, food and foundation. Join in and vibe out in a culturally, sensitive, safe space!
Play is an elemental part of life that we lose as we grow up. Some of us have never really experienced it. Come and leave the heaviness of the world behind for a few hours.
This is a safe space event for black women.
When- June 15th @ 1-3pm and 3-5pm
